                This Brazilian forward player had started appearing in FIFA World Cup since 1958 up to 1970 with the age of 17 years and 227 days.

In his career in World Cup, Pelé had contributed 12 goals for the national team of Brazil.

4. Salomon Olembe

                Next on our list is this midfielder from Cameroon who had played two World Cups in 1998 and 2002 in the age 17 years and 183 days. Olembe had played for his team in the 1998 FIFA World Cup against Austria, Italy and Chile in the first round of the tournament. On his second appearance in the 2002 FIFA World Cup, Salomon had played for his team in the first round against Ireland, Saudi Arabia and Germany.

3. Samuel Eto’o

                Another Cameroon player who plays as forward for their national team had first appeared in the 1998 FIFA World Cup in just the age of 17 years and 92 days against an Italian team.

                For the second time, Eto’o had appeared in the 2002 FIFA World Cup playing against Ireland, Saudi Arabia and Germany in the first round of the tournament.

                In 2010, for the third time appearing in the FIFA World Cup, Samuel had joined in the Cameroon squad in competing on their matches against Japan, Denmark and Netherlands in the first round.

1. Norman Whiteside

                Topping the list of the youngest players who played in FIFA World Cup, this English forward had appeared at the age of 17 years and 37 days in the year 1982. Whiteside also appeared for two more World Cup in the year 1986 and 1990 with a one goal in his experience.
